Mindful Healing

Hello and welcome to Mindful Healing! I specialize in supporting individuals of all ages – children, adolescents, and adults – facing challenges with anxiety, depression, and neurodiverse thinking. My practice is centered around creating a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your feelings and experiences. Sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each client, with a focus on creating trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship.

What we heal

You may be seeking relief from the weight of anxious thoughts or feelings of depression, or you may be struggling to connect with others and access the strengths you know you have. You may be struggling to regulate your feelings and reactions, and wishing you had a greater toolbox of skills to manage the every day stressors of life. No matter what you are holding, I will walk alongside you on your journey towards healing and resilience. We will work collaboratively to develop regulation strategies, cultivate self-awareness, and build upon your strengths. My goal is to empower you and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.

How we heal

I use an integrative approach which combines “top down” interventions, such as targeting your way of thinking, self-awareness, and concrete skills, with “bottom up” interventions such as accessing the present moment and using our interactions to understand the larger context of your life. 

As part of an integrative approach I incorporate techniques from multiple therapeutic orientations including Strengths-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Existential-Humanistic therapy. My approach differs based on the age of the client. I often use talk therapy and somatic interventions with adolescents or adults, and use play therapy and interactive techniques when meeting with children.
